1C Analyst

The Engineering and Technical Center of the Administrative Office of the President is engaged in information and technical support of the Presidential Administration, the Administrative Office of the President, the Staff of the Government, and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Vacancy Description: Collection and formalization of requirements, conducting interviews with customers. Business process modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams, BPMN/UML notation). Development of project documentation: User Stories, Use Cases, Technical Specifications. Designing system logic, decomposing tasks, and setting technical specifications for 1C developers. Participation in integration work with state information systems. Conducting demonstrations of finished functionality to customers. Higher education (IT, Accounting, Economics, or Finance). Deep knowledge of 1C: Accounting 8.3 (including Kazakhstan's Accounting Standards). At least 3 years of experience as an analyst. Proficiency in process modeling skills (BPMN, UML). Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN) and understanding of database principles. Understanding of principles of inter-system integration. System thinking. Result-oriented and ability to work in multitasking mode.
