What you will be doing: 🔴Helping users by answering their questions in English and Russian via chat and tickets; 🔴Creating bug reports; 🔴Updating the knowledge base;

Candidate expectations: 🔴Fluent English at C1 level or higher; 🔴Experience in user support (1 year or more); 🔴Knowledge of internet technologies and ability to use Google Docs
