DevOps Engineer @ Digital Banking Operations (all genders)

We search a DevOps Engineer for cloud and on-premise datacenter infrastructure applications at the international customer-oriented banking application George.

Your tasks: Support the investigation and resolution of incidents in cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Assist developers with infrastructure-related topics and day-to-day operational support. Analyse application and infrastructure logs using tools such as Grafana and CloudWatch. Work with experienced team members in English to identify and troubleshoot issues. Support performance testing activities and help analyze results. Assist with application deployments and releases across different environments. Create and maintain operational and technical documentation. Learn and apply operational best practices and new technologies. Support the setup and maintenance of monitoring solutions for applications and services. Participate in the on-call support rotation (1 week on-call duty every 6 to 8 weeks when onboarding and training is done).

You already have a basic understanding of: Java Application servers / Standalone Java basic configuration HTTP/HTTPS, RESTFul API (JSON) Messaging services/Concepts (MQ, AQ, JMS) Infrastructure as a code principle Code versioning GenAI, LLM, MCP concepts Working proactively in a highly international environment

You have basic experience or strong interest in: Linux Elastic Search, Kafka, Cassandra Relational databases and SQL queries AWS (EKS, RDS, ALB, EC2, SG) and many more AWS services Kubernetes and helm Container technologies (Docker, LXC)

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2200,-- gross per month for this full time position.
