About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will own our Quality Assurance function and help take our product quality to the next level.

Thi s is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and drive QA strategy across the company. You’ll lead a growing t eam of QA and automation en gineers, partner closely wi th the CTO and engineering lea dership, and play a key role in shaping how quality is embedded throughout our development lifecycle.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead and scale the QA automation function across the company
• Define and implement QA best practices, ensuring quality is built in from day one
• Build and manage a QA team, supporting both manual and automated testing
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve test coverage, processes, and reliability
• Own the development and evolution of test frameworks, environments, and tooling
• Work closely with the CTO and Leadership team to align QA strategy with broader tech goals
• Champion a culture of quality across the company

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role

• 3+ years leading QA or test automation teams in a tech-driven environment
• Strong programming background (.NET, Java, or similar) with ability to design and implement automation solutions
• Strong background in manual and automated testing within CI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
• Experience across backend, web, and/or mobile platforms
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
