🔥 Reconciliation Manager (iGaming)

Локация: Remote Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end reconciliation process across all payment channels (PSPs, banks, crypto) • Ensure full accuracy and transparency of financial flows, balances, and settlements • Oversee reconciliation of deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, refunds, and rolling reserves • Validate PSP commissions, processing fees, and settlement reports • Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and lead resolution with internal teams and PSP providers • Establish and improve reconciliation processes, controls, and documentation • Monitor and control PSP balances, liquidity, and funding cycles • Track receivables from PSP providers and ensure timely recovery of funds • Build and maintain reconciliation reports and dashboards for finance and management • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Payments teams to ensure operational stability • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, or payments • Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other high-risk industries • Strong expertise in reconciliation of high-volume transactions and multiple payment providers • Proven experience working with PSPs, banks, EMI institutions, or crypto payments • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (large datasets, complex reconciliations) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ownership mindset • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience managing or mentoring team members • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or automation of reconciliation processes • Experience with financial systems (e.g., 1C or аналогичные) • Experience optimizing or building reconciliation frameworks from scratch
