QA Tester (Web & Mobile, Manual-first, Startup)

LegitGrails is a fashion-tech company that authenticates luxury items (bags, sneakers, accessories) using a combination of human expertise and AI. We work with 500+ brands and process thousands of authentication requests. We are looking for a hands-on QA tester who can quickly understand the product, independently identify risky areas, and ensure high quality before release. This is a manual-first role with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and product thinking.

What you’ll do:

🌸Test core user flows end-to-end (auth, payments, submissions) 🌸Perform exploratory testing (edge cases) 🌸Validate UI implementation vs Figma 🌸Check integrations (analytics, payments, auth, support tools) 🌸Test both web and mobile app (LegitGrails) 🌸Report bugs clearly (steps, severity, expected vs actual) 🌸Help define what should be tested (not just execute tasks) 🌸Clear bug reports (with reproduction steps and severity) 🌸Release checklist 🌸Basic smoke test suite (manual or simple automation)
