Our client is a Russian engineering company (equipment and chemistry for oil and gas and energy). ~100 people, active growth, IT is a driver, not a support service.

Let's be honest: this is not a corporate CIO chair. The IT team consists of 5 in-house employees + 5 contractor teams. We need someone who can figure out the infrastructure themselves, build a strategy from scratch, and if necessary, do it hands-on. If you have managed a department of 150+ people and haven't logged into a terminal in a long time, it will be cramped here.

What's important:

• Self-hosted on Kubernetes, Linux/Open Source, multi-domain, VPN.
• Implementation of 1C ERP and Bitrix24.
• Coordination of contractors (5+ teams) and IT budget management.
• Real cases of AI/LLM implementation (RAG, assistants, automation) — this is a must-have, not a 'plus'.
• Experience in medium-sized businesses (50–200 people), where strategy equals operations.

Conditions:

• Full remote, from any region of the Russian Federation
• 400,000 ₽ gross + quarterly bonus
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
