About the Role
Just Futures PBC, a mission-driven retirement and investment company, is building our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram (Instagram launched July 2026). We've done audience/message testing and are entering an active marketing experimentation phase, including paid ads on Google and LinkedIn.
We're looking for a designer who can take compliance-approved articles and resources and turn them into clean, on-brand, evergreen social graphics and captions—quickly, and in volume. This is production-focused work, not brand strategy: we'll hand you source material and creative direction; you build the assets.
What You'll Do
- Turn compliance-approved articles/resources into social graphics (static posts, carousels, simple motion/GIF a plus) for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Write or adapt captions to accompany graphics, keeping tone evergreen (not time-sensitive)
- Design in Canva using our brand colors, fonts, and style guide
- Build reusable templates so future content can be produced faster
- Batch-produce multiple assets per work session rather than one-off pieces
- Occasionally support light content calendar planning/organization
What You Won't Need to Do
- Original copywriting/messaging strategy (we've already done message testing)
- Compliance review (we provide pre-approved source material)
- Paid media strategy or campaign management
- Community management or posting (unless you want to expand scope later)
Ideal Candidate
- Strong design sensibilities
- Strong Canva skills; can work fast inside a template system
- Portfolio showing social graphic production at volume (not just one-off hero pieces)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn's more text/professional format and Instagram's visual-first format
- Nice-to-have: experience with social impact, nonprofit, mission-driven, or B Corp/PBC brands
- Reliable, communicative, good at working async from a shared content library
- Bonus: basic content calendar / scheduling tool familiarity (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Later, Buffer)
Deliverables & Cadence
- Batch content: e.g., 4-6 static graphics + captions, sized for LinkedIn and Instagram (likely monthly)
- 1–2 reusable templates per month as the library expands
- Occasional ads production and special projects as needed
- Async check-in (Slack/email) weekly; live meetings monthly or as needed
- Turnaround: 2-4 business days from receipt of source material to draft assets (depending on batch or project size)
Compensation
- Hourly: $45/hr, ~10-15 hrs/month, invoiced monthly
How to Apply
Please send:
- Portfolio or work samples showing social graphic production (volume/templated work preferred over single hero pieces)
- Your hourly rate or preferred structure
- A short note on availability (hrs/week, timezone) and any social-impact/mission-driven brand experience
- A quick example: pick ONE of these articles (Article 1, Article 2, Article 3) and mock up how you'd turn it into a LinkedIn graphic + caption
- Applications due by Noon ET on Wednesday, October 21, 2026; submit to recruiter contact.
