We are the Eidos.inc team. We create and develop IT products for the English-speaking market. We need a Backend Developer who confidently designs server application architecture, optimizes performance, and uses modern AI tools to accelerate development. We are looking for an engineer who solves complex, non-trivial tasks and finds creative solutions.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain server logic in Java Spring and Node.js.
- Design DB schemas, optimize queries, work with transactions, indexes, and scalability (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines, write analytical queries, aggregations, and materialized views in Data Warehouse.
- Design highload architectures, selecting optimal solutions for specific loads and data volumes.
- Accelerate development using AI-IDE and assistants (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code), controlling the quality of the result.
What we expect
- Proficient in Java Spring and Node.js.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms, ability to choose solutions for load.
- Practical experience with ORM, understanding their limitations under high loads, and ability to write raw SQL when necessary.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Bull, Kafka) and caching (Redis), including cache invalidation strategies.
- Experience using AI tools in development (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).
- Not afraid of responsibility and non-trivial tasks, bring work to completion.
Bonus points for: understanding of context engineering and ability to formulate prompts effectively.

- Salary range $2500–$3500 net, the final amount depends on experience and work speed. Payment in USDT.
