Salary: 4k-5k/month
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of scalable backend systems using Python
- Design and implementation of RESTful APIs
- Building real-time communication solutions (e.g. WebSockets)
- Integration of AI services and data platforms
- Development of machine learning workflows and generative AI solutions (RAG, Agentic AI)
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, AI)
- Conducting code reviews and testing
- Implementation and optimisation of CI/CD processes
- Contributing to frontend tasks (React, in consultation with the team)
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Python (including OOP and asynchronous programming)
- Experience in backend and API development
- Knowledge of FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins)
- Cloud expertise, ideally Azure (including Azure Entra ID)
- Experience with AI/ML, particularly LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI
- Knowledge of Databricks and Vector Search is an advantage
- Experience with authentication and security (OAuth2)
- Basic knowledge of React
- Experience in agile, cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking
