Head of Video & Web Monetization

We’re Hiring: Head of Video & Web Monetization ReklamUp is looking for a Head of Video & Web Monetization who will have end-to-end ownership of ReklamUp’s video and web business, including strategy, revenue growth, product development, publisher success, operations and team leadership.

This role is for someone who can bring together commercial strategy, product development, publisher success and operations to scale a successful business unit and turn Video and Web into our next major growth engines.

You’ll report directly to the CEO, with functional collaboration across the COO and CTO. You will also work closely with our account management, sales, engineering, product, and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in digital advertising, ad tech, publisher monetization, video advertising, or programmatic media
• Understands video monetization, web publishing, Prebid, GAM, OpenRTB, and the wider programmatic ecosystem
• Can combine commercial thinking with strong product and operational execution
• Has experience owning revenue targets, profitability, and business performance
• Is comfortable building an emerging business area from an early stage
• Is proactive, entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly accountable
• Can communicate effectively with publishers, partners and technical teams
