Vacancy: AI Automation Engineer / AI Integration Engineer

About the Position
Seeking a hands-on technical specialist who can independently translate the company's business processes and implement solutions – from task analysis to launching a working system.
The task is to create a modern technological infrastructure where systems interact with each other, routine operations are performed automatically, data is collected and processed without unnecessary manual work, and AI assists employees in solving everyday business tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Business Process Automation
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business tasks and management requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement automated scenarios in n8n, Make, or similar tools.
- Automate task assignment, notifications, approvals, reporting, and information transfer between employees and systems.
- Reduce the number of manual operations and increase the transparency of business processes.
2. Integrations and Data Handling
- Integrate CRM, advertising accounts, analytical systems, spreadsheets, databases, and messengers.
- Work with REST API, webhooks, HTTP, JSON, and authorization in third-party services.
- Configure data synchronization and automatic information exchange between systems.
- Develop scripts in Python or JavaScript when the standard capabilities of automation platforms are insufficient.
- Ensure correct error handling, scenario execution control, and integration reliability.
3. AI Tool Implementation
- Integrate language models and AI APIs into the company's workflows.
- Create AI assistants and AI agents for specific business tasks.
- Automate text processing, information extraction and structuring, report preparation, and other repetitive operations.
- Research new tools and evaluate their practical business value.
- Create solutions where AI interacts with CRM, databases, and other corporate systems.
4. Technological Infrastructure Development
- Select optimal tools considering cost, reliability, and maintenance complexity.
- Create reusable integration scenarios and components.
- Document implemented solutions and ensure their further development.
- Gradually form a unified system for automating the company's business processes.
Mandatory Requirements
Important: We need not an IT contractor manager or a consultant who limits themselves to recommendations. We need a specialist who can work hands-on, write code, integrate systems, and bring solutions to fruition.
- Practical experience in developing automations and integrations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Understanding of REST API, HTTP, webhooks, JSON principles, and third-party service integration.
- Programming skills in Python or JavaScript at a level sufficient for writing custom scripts and solving non-standard tasks.
- Practical experience working with AI APIs or language models.
- Understanding of database fundamentals and SQL.
- Ability to independently implement a technical solution: understand the task, design the logic, develop, test, and launch.
- Willingness to demonstrate examples of personal projects, discuss technical solutions, and explain the problems they solve.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience integrating CRMs, advertising platforms, analytics systems, and messengers.
- Experience creating AI assistants and AI agents using tools and external APIs.
- Knowledge of LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling principles.
- Experience with SQL databases, cloud services, and deploying custom solutions.
- Understanding of logging, error handling, retries, and automation monitoring principles.
