We are developing a series of products, and now the Orange data development team needs a Senior Frontend developer.

What you will be doing:

We have a large and interesting task ahead of us – to create a new project from scratch, taking the best from the current product and rethinking what can be made more convenient and modern.

This is not just a migration of existing functionality to a new stack. Together with the team, you will participate in architectural design, make technical decisions, and gradually build a new system: from basic components to user scenarios and manager tools.

There will be a lot of product development involved: personal accounts, administrative interfaces, internal tools, and completely new functionality. At the same time, part of the existing system will continue to coexist, so sometimes you will need to delve into the current code, fix bugs, and carefully migrate necessary functionality to the new project.

Responsibilities:

— Development and evolution of the product's frontend part;

— Implementation of new interfaces and user scenarios;

— Integration with backend API;

— Design and development of reusable components;

— Participation in the elaboration of technical solutions and task decomposition;

— Conducting code reviews;

— Writing clear, maintainable, and testable code;

— Performance optimization and improvement of existing solutions;

— Bug fixing and support of current web projects during the transition to the new system;

— Participation in the development of technical practices and approaches within the team.

Requirements:

— Commercial experience in React development for at least 3 years;

— Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;

— Good understanding of React principles and the modern frontend stack;

— Experience in designing the structure of frontend applications and individual modules;

— Understanding of principles for building maintainable and scalable code;

— Experience working with REST API and integrating frontend applications with backend services;

— Proficient in Git and understanding of the team development process;

— Experience conducting code reviews and readiness to discuss technical solutions with arguments;

— Skills in writing and maintaining technical documentation;

— Ability to independently understand existing code and find optimal solutions;

— Responsible approach to code quality and work results;

— Willingness to share knowledge, help colleagues, and participate in the development of the team's engineering practices.

Technical Skills:

— React / Redux / Redux Thunk;

— JavaScript / TypeScript;

— TanStack Router / TanStack Query / TanStack Form;

— Adaptive layout (HTML / CSS / Tailwind CSS);

— shadcn/ui / Radix UI / Material UI;

— Unit testing (Vitest / Jest);

— Git / Yarn;

— Refactoring and support of legacy code, including class-based React components.

Will be a plus:

— Feature-Sliced Design;

— Browser testing with Playwright;

— Redux Form / React Router;

— Configuration of Vite / Webpack / Babel / ESLint;

— Experience with GitLab CI/CD;

— Experience with Docker.
