An international IT company developing B2B and B2C solutions in the iGaming sector is looking for a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

— Organization and support of the full payroll cycle — Collection, consolidation, and verification of data for monthly payroll calculation — Control of changes in salaries, bonuses, and other compensation payments — Preparation of data for hires, terminations, promotions, and salary reviews — Verification of final calculations upon termination and resolution of discrepancies in accruals — Consulting employees on matters of salaries, bonuses, and deductions — Maintaining data on payroll fund, participating in budgeting and forecasting — Onboarding employees in assigned geographies — Interaction with the HR team and accounting department

What we expect:

— 3+ years of experience in Payroll / HR Administration — Practical experience in managing the full payroll cycle — Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, experience working with large datasets — Experience handling confidential information — Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
