Requirements: Solid knowledge of C++ (preferably C++17 and above). Experience in developing cross-platform applications using Qt 5.15 (Qt Widgets). Practical experience with WebRTC or understanding of video conferencing technologies. Experience in developing multithreaded and asynchronous applications: working with threads; synchronization; task queues; event handling. Ability to understand existing code and improve already implemented solutions. Experience in integrating and using third-party C++ libraries. Skills in writing unit tests (preferably using Google Test or similar frameworks). Ability to create technical documentation using Doxygen. Proficiency in Git. Additionally: Experience with LibWebRTC. Experience with LibMediasoupClient or similar WebRTC libraries. Understanding of the architecture of client applications for video conferencing. Experience in performance optimization of multithreaded applications. Skills in multimedia (video capture, playback, video stream processing).
