Requirements: Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher). 10+ years of program and project management experience in an international environment. Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners. Strong communication skills, ability to influence decisions and interact with senior management. Mentoring, team development, and performance improvement skills. Experience in matrix organizations and uncertain environments. Deep understanding of program management, financial accounting, and continuous process improvement. Advantage: Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification. Start: ASAP.
