We are a DevOps team within the Cross Product Services (xPS) cluster. Our cluster brings together over 100 specialists (business analysts, developers, QA engineers) who create and support complex financial instruments for investment management.
Our products must be not only functional but also absolutely reliable, accurate in calculations, and secure, as they deal with clients' real finances.
Our team's role is to ensure timely, reliable, and secure delivery of changes from dozens of product teams into industrial operation. We create and support platform solutions that accelerate development and testing, and we manage infrastructure to ensure each financial product is stable and meets high security standards.
Key tasks:
- unification and standardization of CI/CD processes in development teams by implementing platform solutions
- infrastructure modernization: migrating legacy processes and tools to a modern stack
- implementation and integration of AI tools to accelerate development cycles and increase team efficiency.
We expect you to have:
- DevOps experience of 3+ years
- understanding of the full software development and delivery lifecycle (from source code to a finished user application)
- development experience in any programming language
- experience with containerization systems (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- experience in writing infrastructure code using Ansible Playbooks
- proficiency in the Git version control system at a level sufficient for working with branches and tags.
Will be a plus:
- development experience in Java or Kotlin.

- proficiency in AI tools for analysis, generation, and automation.
