We are looking for a Facebook Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns for an in-house product.
We need a specialist who can not only launch ads, but also work deeply with funnels, analytics, events, and performance metrics focused on leads and funded applications.
🚀 Responsibilities:
• Launching and managing Meta Ads campaigns • Working with Facebook & Instagram Ads • Scaling profitable ad setups and funnels • Controlling CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS metrics • Analyzing the funnel from click to lead/funding • Identifying growth opportunities in creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and events • Testing hypotheses, creatives, offers, and ad combinations • Monitoring traffic quality and conversion performance • Setting up and validating event tracking in Meta Ads • Working with Pixel, Conversion API, and server-side tracking • Managing analytics via GA4 / GTM / AppsFlyer / Adjust • Daily reporting and performance analysis • Managing ad accounts, Business Managers, domains, and technical launch infrastructure • Working with trackers and postback event integrations
✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads • Strong performance marketing background • Mandatory experience in “grey” / restricted verticals: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or similar niches • Experience running campaigns for leads, registrations, applications, or funded offers • Strong understanding of Meta Ads optimization algorithms • Hands-on experience with Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking • Understanding of Facebook Event Manager • Ability to work with funnels: click → registration → application → approval → funding • Strong understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROAS / ROMI • Ability to evaluate not only lead cost, but also traffic quality • Experience with large advertising budgets is a plus • Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented mindset
