We are looking for experienced developers for our product team. The product simplifies working with tenders. The solution is based on large-scale data aggregation, document workflow automation, and AI-powered search, helping companies find and win tenders faster.
Our Tech Stack:
- Backend: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python
- Frameworks: FastAPI, Node.js, React, Next.js
- Databases: PostgreSQL with PostGIS, BM25, and semantic search extensions
- Queues: Redis, BullMQ
- AI/ML: LLM, NLP, ranking, and semantic search
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering (preferably in big tech or product startups)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience building CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Experience with PostgreSQL in a production environment (replication, sharding, High Availability)
- Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles
- Fluent English for communication within the team
Would be a plus:
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
- Experience building and supporting ML/AI infrastructure
- Experience setting up an observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Experience in infrastructure security (IAM, RBAC, secrets management)
- Experience with high-load systems
