Lead Fullstack Engineer (.NET/React Native)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will combine direct software development with the technical leadership of a small team of developers.

Backend:

• .NET / .NET Core
• Entity Framework

• React Native

• Cross-platform (Web & iOS)

Data & Cloud:

• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

Software Development:

• Development and support of applications in .NET, Node.js, and React Native (Web & iOS)
• Design and implementation of APIs, integrations, and business logic
• Development of front-end functionality and user interfaces
• Optimization of databases and application performance
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems
• Participation in architectural discussions and technical design

Team Leadership:

• Leading and mentoring software engineers
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to development standards
• Supporting task estimation and sprint planning
• Coordinating development processes and technical product delivery
• Interacting with business analysts, PMs, and stakeholders

What we expect

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Solid practical experience with .NET and React Native
• Experience with Node.js and developing REST APIs
• Experience in delivering production web and mobile applications
• Previous experience leading developers or in a Tech Lead role
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Fluent in English B2-C1 level
