IT Security Engineer | Limassol, Cyprus (on-site) *Currently, we are primarily considering candidates already based in Cyprus.

International school in Limassol is looking for a hands-on IT Security Engineer to take full ownership of security across systems, data, and infrastructure. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on IAM, network security, compliance, and incident response, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven workflows.

Key areas of responsibility: • Access & IAM (SSO, MFA, directories) • Network & endpoint security (VPN, DNS, monitoring) • GDPR & data protection • Incident response & playbooks • Automation and delegation to L1

We’re looking for someone who: ⚡️is AI-native - builds workflows using LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), not just uses them ⚡️is automation-first - turns repetitive tasks into scripts or workflows • has 3+ years in IT Security / IAM / DevSecOps • has strong hands-on experience with network security (VPN, DNS filtering, firewall) • works with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus or similar) • understands GDPR, DPA and core data protection principles • is confident in scripting (Python / JavaScript or similar) • has solid Linux / Microsoft administration skills and basic AD knowledge • understands SSO, OAuth, SAML • speaks Russian and English ** If this sounds relevant, feel free to reach out and send your CV!** Contact: liubahr93
