What is expected from the candidate: — 5+ years in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager, with experience at the Head of Product / Product Director level being an advantage — 2+ years with AI/ML products — 3+ years of product backlog management — 3+ years of product strategy and roadmap development — Experience managing a portfolio of several products simultaneously — Higher technical education (Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering) or related fields (Physics, Economics, Management) with a strong technical background — Additional education in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI — Fundamental types of AI models and the ML model lifecycle — AI model quality metrics — LLM architecture, their capabilities and limitations — Web application architecture — REST API, gRPC, WebSocket — design and usage — Developer Experience principles — Leadership qualities, experience managing stakeholders at the C-level — Entrepreneurial mindset — Adaptability and ability to work in conditions of uncertainty — Ability to form and lead a team
