We are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer to support several products:
- S7 Shop: S7 online store
- IFE (In-Flight Entertainment): in-flight entertainment system
- Data Warehouse API: internal interface for retrieving data from the Data Warehouse
- Marketplace: Aggregator of goods and services
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a group of products;
- Technical leadership (participation in development, adaptation, and implementation of standards and practices);
- Mentoring and supervising junior/middle developers on the project;
- Initiating and conducting architectural and process changes;
- Developing technical documentation;
- Monitoring code quality and service performance in production;
- Incident management.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate;
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka);
- Experience in database development and optimization (PostgreSQL);
- Understanding of system design principles and experience;
- Experience with legacy products (refactoring, re-engineering, support);
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, experience with k8s;
- Ability to decompose complex tasks and work with tasks of high uncertainty.
