• Strong experience in the development and optimization of complex AI algorithms, specifically for Medical Imaging. • Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Proficiency in software development using Python and C++. • Experience in analyzing large datasets (Big Data) and advanced image processing. • Proven track record in designing software architectures for AI-based systems. • High awareness of safety and security standards for safety-critical environments (medtech). • Ability to validate and verify algorithms using modern testing and simulation methods. • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset for innovative project environments.

Will be a plus: • German B1+ • Experience with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR). • Background in advanced Computer Vision techniques. • Familiarity with hybrid work models and agile development in international teams.
