ChefMarket is a meal kit delivery service. The company was founded in 2012 and is a key player in its segment.

The company is looking for a CTO who will take responsibility for the development of the entire IT function: architecture, processes, team, and technical strategy.

Areas of responsibility:

1. client-facing products (website and mobile applications);
2. internal ERP (key business processes);
3. control and organization of the 1C direction.

The role combines management and hands-on: participation in development and decision-making, working with legacy code (~50% of the system), managing technical debt, and establishing development processes.

Stack: PHP (Laravel), Vue, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes

Requirements:

• CTO experience of 3+ years;
• strong backend background (PHP / Laravel);
• experience with custom-built ERP systems is critically important;
• experience in DevOps and architecture;
• ability to work at the intersection of business and development.
