Job description: Design and development of data collection, loading, transformation, and transfer processes (ETL/ELT) Development and maintenance of large-volume data processing pipelines Work with relational and non-relational databases Analysis of data structure and quality, identification of duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies Development of SQL queries, procedures, scripts, and data processing mechanisms Building integration between information systems and data sources Participation in the development and evolution of DWH / Data Lake / analytical storage Setting up regular data loading and synchronization processes Ensuring control over data quality, completeness, and integrity Optimization of queries and processes for processing large volumes of data Analysis of data sources and determination of necessary tables, fields, relationships, and business meanings Participation in the design of data models and storage structures Interaction with system and business analysts, developers, architects, and DevOps Preparation of technical documentation on data flows, integrations, and database structure Participation in testing and acceptance of integration solutions Troubleshooting and resolution of issues in data loading and processing Participation in the implementation of integration solutions between large government information systems

Experience of 3+ years as a Data Engineer Experience with large data volumes and high-load systems Strong SQL knowledge and experience with DBMS Understanding of DWH, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT construction principles Experience in developing and maintaining data processing pipelines Skills in analyzing data structure, quality, and relationships Experience with relational and non-relational databases Understanding of information system integration principles Willingness to work with large government and medical information systems
