— Perform calculations for cost accounting (= prepare settlements for merchants): take raw data, correctly apply tariff grids, consider all coefficients and currency exchange rates to obtain final figures; — Prepare reconciliations with counterparties, including conducting audits of past period calculations; — Communicate with partners (merchants) regarding calculations performed (in Russian and English); — Participate in the preparation of monthly cost accounting reports; — Participate in the project for automating reporting within the area of responsibility (we are actively implementing the BI system Superset, and are also in the process of establishing a process for transitioning to the Odoo ERP system).

What we are looking for in a candidate: — Systems thinking: the ability to keep in mind and apply a large array of rules, conditions, and exceptions when building calculations. — Absolute attention to detail: you understand the importance of every number, can spot typos, omissions, and logical inconsistencies in the source data. — Proficient knowledge of Excel, including Power Query: data processing is done through PowerQuery, writing complex code from scratch is not required, but it is important to have the ability/desire to work according to a strict algorithm and, in case of minor changes, to independently make changes to the code. — Stress resistance and flexibility: readiness to work under tight deadlines. You don't freeze when the input data changes and you need to recalculate everything urgently, but act methodically and quickly. — Responsibility: the ability to see work through to the end and independently check yourself before submitting the result to management or clients.
