Key Responsibilities: Recipe Development & Maintenance: Build, test, and deploy modular Workato recipes using REST APIs, Webhooks, and native connectors. System Integration: NetSuite - Coupa: Sync Vendors, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Approvals, and GL accounts. HiBob - NetSuite/Coupa: Automate employee onboarding/offboarding, organizational hierarchy, cost center mappings, and approval routing. Leah (ContractPodAi) - Coupa/NetSuite: Automate contract-to-procurement workflows, supplier agreements, and clause compliance triggers. Error Handling & Monitoring: Set up custom retry policies, automated exception alerts, dead-letter queues, and operational logging. Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed process mapping, data dictionary schemas, and architecture documentation inside Workato. Custom Connectors: Design and develop custom connectors (SDK) to facilitate complex integrations with proprietary systems. Technical Requirements: Workato Mastery: Certified Workato Developer with hands-on experience building custom connectors (SDK), Workato API Platform, and Pub/Sub architectures. NetSuite Expertise: Deep understanding of NetSuite SuiteTalk API, SuiteScript (RESTlets), and custom record structures. Coupa Knowledge: Experience with Coupa API/CSV integrations for P2P, Vendor Sync, and Expense Management. HiBob & LegalTech: Experience integrating HiBob HRIS endpoints and CLM/Legal platforms like Leah via REST webhooks.
