The NeurIPS deadline is approaching, and PIBBSS wants to submit several new papers to their mech interpretability division before it. Therefore, you can sign up for a short-term contract until May 11th, or a long-term full-time position. The topics include reverse-engineering models, interpretability during training, and out-of-the-box interpretable architectures. As mentioned, you can opt for a couple of months' contract with the possibility of transitioning to full-time later, or commit to full-time right away. Salaries range from $60k-$180k per year for engineers, and $80k-$250k for researchers, depending on your location and experience.
