Giving a lil behind-the-scenes look: we love to keep a running list of great people for when the timing's right — so we built a whole page just to collect cool humans. Right now we've got a pretty juicy need, too: someone who can be part content strategist, part UX strategist, built for website redesigns. Someone who plays nice with our systems but also isn't afraid to poke a little when it'll make the end product better. Not just execute — partner. You'd be in it for the whole glorious ride 🤠 elbow to elbow with our designers, PMs, and devs, and just as in the mix with clients. And the bonus part of it all is that we really do like our clients! This role means building real relationships, not just tossing a deliverable over the fence and sprinting off. Think of it less like a fixed seat and more like a rotation — tagged in when the project needs you, tagged out when it doesn't. Mostly freelance right now, but if the fit's right down the road?
