System Architect (XRM)

Requirements: Experience as a System/Solution/Enterprise Architect for 4+ years. Software development experience for 5+ years. Understanding of architectural notations and experience with C4, BPMN. Experience in forming non-functional requirements: performance, fault tolerance, scalability, security. Skills in preparing, coordinating, and defending technical and architectural documentation. Solid knowledge of integration technologies and protocols: HTTP, REST API, RPC, WebSocket. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis. Experience designing solutions using RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka and event-driven approaches. Understanding of software architecture principles and specifics of various technology stacks. Experience building microservice architecture. Skills in conducting technical audits and architectural reviews of systems. English language - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Basic knowledge in information security. Experience designing solutions for high-load systems and large data volumes. Will be a plus: Participation in certification initiatives (ISO, ISMS, GDPR). Experience with the .NET stack. Experience with application containerization and working with Kubernetes / Docker. Practice using enterprise API Management platforms and access management systems. Experience implementing API Gateway solutions. Skills in optimizing database operations: poolers, CDC, at-least-once delivery, and other reliable data delivery patterns. Knowledge of the Russian language is mandatory.
