The company is looking for an AI Tech Lead to join a high-tech AI project developing solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
About the Role
Key Focus Areas: LLM • NLP • Computer Vision • MLOps • Generative AI
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision for AI projects, make key architectural decisions, and provide technical guidance to the team throughout all development stages.
- Develop, train, and optimize ML/AI models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Design end-to-end data processing and preparation pipelines.
- Work with synthetic data and automated data labeling.
- Integrate AI/ML models with the backend and other product components.
- Prepare models for production deployment and scaling.
- Set up monitoring, version control, and experimentation workflows using MLOps tools.
- Containerize ML workflows using Docker.
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Participate in model performance tuning and inference optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional team members across all project phases.
Requirements
Experience
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models into production.
Technical Stack
- Python
- PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Solid knowledge of model optimization techniques and key ML metrics.
- Docker
- Git
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
MLOps
- Practical experience with at least one MLOps platform: MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, or similar.
- Languages: English — Fluent.
Working Conditions
- Format: Full-time.
- Location: Tashkent (On-site / Office-based).
- Employment: Official employment under the Labor Code of Uzbekistan.
