In this role, you will: Manage monetization as your own business: identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses through research and A/B tests, bring solutions to launch together with developers, analysts, and designers.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are confident in working with product economics, business models, and metrics like ARPU, ARPPU, and paying user share. Experience in classifieds is a plus.
📍 Almaty, hybrid. We assist with relocation.
