We’re looking for an AI Engineer (Growth) for Split Pay, a freshly funded Series B fintech providing split rental and mortgage payments for the US market. Backed by leading VC funds, with a founding team boasting experience at Cash App, Dropbox, Square, Amazon and Apple, Splitpay is going through extensive growth and needs help with automation and optimisation of multiple (hundreds to thousands) marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

You will

• Build a marketing automation and analytics framework from the ground up using modern AI tooling. The nature of modern marketing dictates a high pace; hence, most of the code is turning obsolete in months to weeks and the delivery speed is crucial. That’s why we are specifically looking for engineers with fluency in AI coding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep AI coding expertise.
• Conversational English.
• Relocation to Lisbon, Portugal is required.
• Understanding of digital marketing (campaigns, metrics, channels, tools) is a nice-to-have.
