Today, Inventeur is developing as an AI-first studio. We integrate artificial intelligence into our creative and production processes, experiment with new formats, and use AI for research, concepts, prototyping, and launching our own products.

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Producer for our next project — two shifts of an immersive camp in Spain or Portugal in early November.

We need you to join the work soon in a remote format, and from October 25 to November 12 — be on-site with the team. You will work side-by-side with a senior producer and go through the entire project lifecycle — from the initial ideas to the final dismantling.

If we align in terms of approach, work style, and values, we will offer you a permanent role at Inventeur. If necessary, we will assist with relocation.

Your Responsibilities

— Manage the operational aspects of projects: timelines, checklists, statuses, deadline control;

— Coordinate the work of contractors and internal teams;

— Compile and update databases of venues, artists, suppliers, and technologies;

— Prepare technical specifications, briefs, riders, and project documentation;

— Conduct research for new concepts: search for references, locations, materials, technologies, and best global practices;

— Participate in installation, event execution, and dismantling;

— Help turn ideas into implemented projects.

What We Expect

— At least 6 months of experience in events, production, film, theater, advertising, or another project-based role — or a strong portfolio of your own projects;

— High level of organization and attention to detail;

— Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and bring them to completion;

— Strong written and verbal communication skills;

— English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

— Readiness for intensive work during project periods;

— Good taste and visual literacy;

— Interest in theater, cinema, contemporary art, architecture, design, and culture.

Working with AI

For us, AI is not just a text generator, but an intelligent tool whose quality of work directly depends on the quality of human thinking.

We are not looking for someone who "knows how to use ChatGPT." We are looking for someone who knows how to work with language models as with a junior team member: provide them with context, train them on references, critically evaluate the results, and consistently improve them.

We expect you to be able to:

— Formulate tasks so that the model understands the context, not just the request;

— Use references, documents, and examples to achieve high-quality and predictable results;

— Design and refine prompts for different types of tasks;

— Understand the strengths of different models and choose the appropriate tool;

— Verify, refine, and modify AI responses, rather than accepting them as a final solution.

— Continuously explore new tools and quickly implement them into the workflow.

Will be an advantage

— Experience working with premium clients;

— Experience in theater, film, performance, exhibition, or cultural projects;

— Understanding of stage production processes;

— Experience with AI-first tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, and others);

— Basic understanding of vibe coding principles and rapid prototyping.
