Motion Designer (Crypto / Gambling)

Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists with over 5 years of experience in traffic arbitrage. Our main verticals are Crypto and Gambling. The primary traffic source is Facebook Ads.

During this time, we have built a complete infrastructure around media buying: our own farms, a promo department, analytics, BizDev, a technical team, and other internal functions. This allows us to quickly launch new directions, test hypotheses, and scale working combinations.

We don't build a company around the number of people. We value strong specialists who can influence results and take responsibility for them.

Now we are looking for a strong Motion Designer to become part of the Promo Team and help create creatives that directly impact the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and media buying results.

Responsibilities:

• Create advertising videos and animated creatives for Facebook Ads.
• Work based on technical specifications from media buyers and participate in discussions of new ideas.
• Edit video clips and create animations for various approaches and GEOs.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine images, videos, and other materials.
• Propose ideas for improving creatives and provide feedback on technical implementation.
• Work closely with buyers, promptly adapting creatives based on test results.
• Manage tasks in Asana and adhere to deadlines.

What's important to us:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer in iGaming.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic Figma skills.
• Experience in creating advertising video creatives and animations.
• Practical experience using AI tools in work (GPT, Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, or similar).
• Experience with node-based AI generation systems will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, independence, and the ability to organize your work.
• Willingness to work at a fast pace and adapt quickly to changes.
• Desire to grow with the team and influence the overall result.
