Vacancy Senior / Middle+ AI & Storage Infrastructure Engineer

**✅**Location: Europe (Poland preferred) **✅ English level: B2 or higher ✅ Contract type: UoP+UoD/UoZ **/B2B ✅ Remote, FullTime

Expectations:

• Strong full-stack coding skills with ability to build end-to-end solutions.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code–level or similar).
• Experience building full-stack solutions using AI.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to design and implement automation to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.
• Strong experience with Linux.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker in containerized environments.
• Experience with performance testing and benchmarking (throughput, latency, IOPS).
• Intermediate knowledge of S3/Object Storage and I/O patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with NVIDIA stack (CUDA, GPU containers, AIDP).
• Experience with GPU workloads and scaling strategies.
• Experience with S3 over RDMA.
• Experience writing technical documentation (architectures, blueprints).
• Experience with hardware/BOM validation (Supermicro, HPE, Lenovo).

Responsibilities:

• Build automation solutions to improve internal workflows and infrastructure.
