What is critical:

• Experience in crop production.
• Management experience: responsibility for 400,000 ha or more.
• Deep skills in budgeting, technological calculations, and preparing and defending strategies before top management.
• Experience managing large teams, including distributed production sites.
• Full production cycle: from soil preparation to harvesting, storage, and primary crop processing.
• Regional work experience.
