#hiring We are looking for a Senior Go developer at AppMagic

We are a SaaS platform for mobile app market analytics, trusted by NetEase, Google, Playventures. Our data is also referenced in market reviews, and we were recently mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

At the same time, we are a fairly small team: about 80 people in the company, of which ~20 are in development. We move fast and are demanding of solution quality.

How our development is structured:

• No sprints, retrospectives, architecture committees, etc. We have daily meetings for team sync, weekly meetings for the product backlog, a Kanban board for prioritization, and the principle of continuous delivery.
• We trust: no time trackers, software that screens your screen, etc. Thanks to dailies and task progress, everything is transparent for everyone.
• Radical honesty - we acknowledge strong solutions, and if something can be improved, we will support and find a better option together.
• High pace. In both releases and communication. If there's a difficulty - we discuss it immediately, we don't delay. We release quickly: 10-20 releases per team per day, including fixes, upgrades of existing features, and periodically rolling out something major. You're unlikely to relax during the working day, but we also don't overwork.
• Feature ownership and product excellence. We think through the details ourselves, clarify missing information, and make it work well for both clients and colleagues. By default, we write tests thoughtfully, not just to have them; this helps quickly find and fix problems.

Backend stack: Golang, Postgres, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes.

We are looking for a strong developer who can be entrusted with the development of a complex analytics platform and the design of new features, based on working with large volumes of data from various sources, aggregation, and calculation of metrics, the quality of which directly affects the product's value for clients.

In terms of hard skills, the following are important for us: good knowledge of architecture, expertise in Go and databases (Postgres, Clickhouse). Additional pluses: fullstack experience (we use Angular on the frontend), the ability to use AI, but thoughtfully.
