Lead 1C Developer

GC ROST, Department of Information Technology Lead 1C Developer Work experience: 3–6 years Full-time employment Schedule: 5/2 Work format: remote or hybrid

☑️ Responsibilities -system performance optimization (bottleneck analysis, refactoring) -integration of 1C with external services (API, web services, ERP/CRM systems) -modification of existing and development of new functionality in standard 1C configurations (ERP, DO, ZUP, Catering, Retail, ToIR, etc.) -development/modification of non-standard configurations and modules -elimination of critical errors in complex business processes -modernization of legacy solutions with risk minimization -analysis of requirements from clients/users -translation of business tasks into technical specifications -preparation of technical documentation (technical specifications, instructions, guides) -updating configurations (standard and non-standard) to current versions -implementation of new 1C platform features -development of reports, data processing routines, print forms, data exchange mechanisms

☑️ Candidate Requirements -higher technical education (information technology, applied mathematics, process automation) or specialized courses with a confirmed portfolio -possession of the "1C:Specialist" certificate for the "1C:Enterprise 8.3" platform (or an equivalent current version) -preferably possession of the "1C:Expert" certificate -at least 3–5 years of development on the "1C:Enterprise 8" platform -experience in participating in the full implementation cycle (from requirements analysis to commissioning) in at least 3–5 large projects -experience in data migration between 1C versions or third-party systems -participation in projects involving the integration of 1C with CRM, ERP, online stores, banks, logistics services -1C programming language: confident command of the object model, modules, event handlers, event subscription mechanisms -1C query language: complex selections, joins, subqueries, query plan optimization -debugging and testing: use of the debugger, writing test scenarios, automated testing -version control: working with the configuration repository, merging changes, release management -documentation: drafting technical specifications, algorithm descriptions, instructions for users and administrators -knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for query analysis and optimization -experience with BSP (Standard Subsystems Library) and its customization -skills in developing managed forms and client-server applications -understanding of distributed information base (RIB) principles and exchange mechanisms -experience in maintaining project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Redmine)
