What you will be doing: 🔍 Analyzing business needs and data sources 📐 Designing data models (Kimball, Data Vault) 📊 Developing data marts and detail layers 🧠 Optimizing complex SQL queries on TB of data 🤝 Supporting development until handover to support What you need to know: ✅ Expert SQL + RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL) ✅ MPP systems (GreenPlum, ClickHouse, Trino) ✅ Understanding of ETL/ELT, Airflow, Lakehouse, DWH, OLAP ✅ Practical data model design ✅ For Senior: S3/Hadoop, task definition, resource sizing 🎯 Communication skills, clear speech, ability to work with unclear requirements.
