Tilda is an international product that combines design and code to turn complex tasks into simple solutions. We have revolutionized the web development industry and shown what a website builder platform should truly be. Our mission is to make the complex accessible, and the product experience — understandable, high-quality, and enjoyable.

We are looking for an experienced product designer who shares our passion for improving Tilda products. You will work in a team on library blocks, new features, and internal product interfaces, improving user experience and the product every day.

What you will do:

— Develop designs for new components for the library

— Develop and improve interfaces for Tilda's internal products

— Manage tasks from finding a solution to the release of a new feature (process discussion, communication with developers, assistance in testing features)

— Mentor junior designers.

What we expect from the candidate:

— 5+ years of product work experience

— Experience creating design systems

— Human-centered approach in design development

— Ability to justify your decisions and explain them clearly to the team

— Ability to speak the same language as developers

— Creation of a clear knowledge base on UX/UI for the professional development of the department

— Experience working in sprints

— Ability to negotiate, accept constructive feedback, and provide feedback

— Sense of style and knowledge of web trends

— Sensitivity to composition, colors, fonts

— Desire to create world-class interfaces

— Perseverance and diligence

— English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

It would be great if you:

— Work well with vector graphics

— Can write interface texts.
