A friendly team engaged in the development, support, and testing of payment methods in various markets is looking for a Testers Coordinator due to expansion.

📌 Responsibilities: • Maintain communication with freelancers on platforms (Upwork and similar); • Transmit and explain technical specifications for testing payment methods; • Monitor task deadlines and testing statuses; • Conduct follow-ups and remind performers about open issues; • Collect and structure feedback on test results; • Verify the completeness of test scenario execution; • Control the correctness of method settings before starting tests; • Interact with the technical team and providers when problems are detected; • Track correction statuses and re-testing; • Maintain an up-to-date database of freelancer contacts, account activity, and payment cards; • Monitor problem reports (user feedback); • Assist in monitoring alerts and promptly transfer information to responsible teams.
