🌍 Format: Remote (MSK)

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of a testing strategy for a complex microservice architecture. • Organization and control of integration, regression, system, acceptance, and smoke testing. • Leadership of the QA domain: test planning, task distribution, and quality control of deliverables. • In-depth testing of REST API (Postman, Swagger) and data validation via SQL (PostgreSQL). • Analysis of network traffic (Charles/Fiddler) and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) for rapid defect localization. • Creation and maintenance of test documentation (Test Plan, checklists, reports) in Confluence; requirements auditing.

Requirements:

• QA experience of 5+ years, with at least 2 years in a Lead QA / Senior QA position with leadership experience. • Experience testing complex distributed microservice systems. • Excellent command of test design techniques and risk-based testing. • Advanced SQL skills (complex JOINs, window functions, aggregations, query optimization). • Practical experience with DevTools, Postman, Swagger. • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD; developed soft skills and mentoring experience.

Will be a big plus:

• Experience with load testing (JMeter or similar). • Experience with ELK Stack, Grafana, or other logging systems. • Experience implementing test automation on a project. • Knowledge of Performance and Security testing principles.
