Location:** Saint Petersburg (fixed) Salary: from 600,000 ₽ (fixed)

A major organization in the oil and gas industry, implementing large-scale CAPEX and OPEX projects. We are looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to build a supply strategy, optimize processes, and ensure supply chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of procurement strategy and contract management policy.
• Centralized procurement and support for major projects (CAPEX).
• Conducting negotiations with key suppliers and concluding framework agreements.
• Managing the procurement team, developing competencies, and implementing KPIs.
• Budget control, TCO reduction, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
• Implementation of digital solutions (e-procurement, ERP, analytics).

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, logistics, engineering, or equivalent).
• At least 7–10 years of management experience in procurement within a large industrial/oil and gas company.
• Ability to negotiate large contracts; experience with EPC/FIDIC is welcome.
• Knowledge of SRM, contract management, and supply risk assessment.
• Experience implementing digital procurement tools is an advantage.
• Russian — fluent, English — working level.
