Motion Designer

We create mobile and web applications in the niches of AI tools, content creation, and Social Analytics.

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create promotional videos and creatives to attract users to our products.

What you will do:

• Create promotional videos for Meta, TikTok, and other traffic acquisition channels • Develop new creative concepts, visual hooks, and advertising scenarios • Generate and test various creative variations for A/B tests • Utilize AI tools for content creation and acceleration (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, ElevenLabs, and others) • Analyze successful competitor creatives and market trends • Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to find new advertising approaches • Maintain order in work files and adhere to task deadlines

What is important:

• Motion Designer work experience of 2+ years • Experience creating promotional videos for mobile applications, web products, or SaaS • Confident use of modern AI tools • Understanding of performance marketing principles and advertising creatives • Ability to independently complete a task from idea to final result • Attention to detail and readiness to work in an environment of constant experiments and tests • Good communication skills and remote work experience • Readiness to complete a technical assignment (mandatory condition)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with subscription mobile applications and web products • Experience with services for analyzing ads and competitors (Meta Ads Library, Sensor Tower, AppMagic, SimilarWeb, AdHeart, etc.) • Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CVR, etc.) • Experience working with User Acquisition or Growth teams • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator) • Portfolio with result-oriented advertising creatives
