IAM Role Modeler Consultant (Enterprise Banking Project)

We are looking for an experienced consultant for designing access models (RBAC) for a large-scale digital transformation program at a major European bank.

📍 Location: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (candidates from EEA countries are considered) 💼 Format: Remote / Hybrid + occasional on-site workshops in Baltic offices (travel expenses covered) 🗓 Contract Type: Project-based employment with a high probability of extension 🇬🇧 Language: English (Fluent)

Responsibilities: 🔹 Design and maintain a unified role-based access control (RBAC) model in a hybrid infrastructure (On-premise + Cloud). 🔹 Translate business processes and employee roles into structured access rights, considering the principles of Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
