Job Title: Java Developer
Payment: hourly (up to 1800 RUB/hour)
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in fintech;
- Higher technical education;
- Minimum professional experience in software development is three years;
- Deep understanding of software development and integration methods, including the full lifecycle;
- Professional proficiency in technologies: Java SE (version 17+, we do not consider candidates below this), Spring platforms (Core, Boot, Cloud), relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and others);
- Extended technical erudition, awareness of advanced system design principles and a desire to apply them in practice;
- Experience with version control systems, project build automation, excellent command of TDD, CI/CD methodologies, creation and support of auto-tests, unit tests, working with monitoring solutions like ELK Stack;
- Ability to independently test own code and confidently navigate through others' source code;
- Awareness and ability to apply agile development principles (such as Scrum, Kanban, and similar methodologies);
- Purposefulness and focus on achieving specific results;
- Experience with Camunda. Additional requirements:
- Understanding of the OSI network stack;
- Understanding of what throttling, rate limit, API gateway are;
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/PKS;
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ / Ignite;
- Experience with Linux / Unix;
- Familiarity with industrial development processes (Agile, Scrum, RUP, …);
- Experience with LLMs;
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Personal qualities: it is important for the person to write and test the code they wrote, be responsible for deadlines, be proactive, and ready to dive into the domain.
