JSC "Information and Analytical Center for Water Resources" is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Center is engaged in the development and improvement of two information systems: the National Information System of Water Resources (NISVR) and the Early Warning System for Water Consumption (SRPV). The projects are aimed at digitalization of the water industry, automation of accounting, monitoring, and management of water resources. Vacancy Description: Java 8+, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, Config, MVC, Security, Data), Spring Cloud (Eureka, Gateway), Kafka, Maven, PostgreSQL, TypeScript (Angular), Git, microservice architecture, SOAP and REST API. — Higher education in IT — Mandatory confirmed work experience of 2+ years — Middle level and above — Excellent knowledge of Spring Framework and Angular — Deep understanding of API design and development principles — Understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems — Practical experience with Kafka — Experience with integrations via SOAP, preferably via ESB (Electronic Settlement House) — Confident work with PostgreSQL, including database design and SQL query optimization — Strong analytical and communication skills — Ability to make technical decisions considering business goals
