Mandatory Requirements:
- 2-3 years of commercial full-stack development experience
- Frontend: Vue 3 + TypeScript, Nuxt 4 (SSR), Pinia, Vite. Playwright (as an advantage) 🎨
- Backend: Java 17+ (Spring Boot, Data JPA/Hibernate, Cloud, Security + OAuth2 + JWT) OR Python (Django/FastAPI) ☕🐍
- Understanding of microservice architecture and REST API
- Databases and storages: PostgreSQL (proficiently), Redis, experience with ClickHouse and/or Elasticsearch 💾
- Infrastructure: Docker, Jenkins (CI/CD), Git/Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence 🐳
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK
- Experience in database schema design and ORM
- Integration with external APIs: payment systems, messengers, AI services 🔗
- Understanding of asynchronous processing, message queues, fault tolerance
Will be a plus:
- Experience in HR-tech / CRM products
- Integration with LLM / AI models, PyTorch / ML services 🤖
- Experience with payment aggregators (Rocket Work and similar)
- Experience with Kafka (event streaming, queues)
Project Tasks:
- Creation of a recruitment funnel Kanban interface (stages board, drag-and-drop, filters)
- Implementation of an advanced response status model with transition history
- Development of an internal communication module: contextual chats, real-time notifications (UI, e-mail, Telegram) 💬
- Connection of AI models for parsing resumes (PDF, DOCX, scans), setting up queues via Kafka with retry logic
- Auto-classification of candidates and auto-matching algorithms based on AI Foundation (semantic search) 🧠
- Improvement of the payment module: integration with Rocket Work, balance, fund reservation 💰
- Design of data models and work with a polyglot storage (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch)
- Writing autotests (including Playwright), participation in code reviews
